By using MyTaxFly you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
MyTaxFly is an AI-powered bookkeeping tool for US LLC founders. It allows you to categorize transactions, generate reports, and access an AI tax assistant.
3. Not Tax Advice
Important: MyTaxFly is not a licensed tax advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes tax, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified CPA.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
5. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid plans are charged monthly in USD via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Contact support@mytaxfly.com within 14 days for billing disputes.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use MyTaxFly to violate laws, upload fraudulent documents, or facilitate tax fraud or money laundering.
7. Limitation of Liability
MyTaxFly is not liable for errors in AI-generated outputs, tax penalties, or unauthorized account access. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law. EU users retain rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
