1. Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between AYNA UNIVERSE LLC ("MyTaxFly", "we", "us"), a Wyoming LLC (EIN 30-1449491), and you ("User"). By accessing or using mytaxfly.com or the MyTaxFly application, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

MyTaxFly is an AI-powered bookkeeping software tool for foreign-owned US LLC founders. It enables transaction categorization, report generation, and preparation of IRS form drafts (Form 5472, Pro Forma 1120). MyTaxFly is a software tool only — it does not file documents with the IRS on your behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into binding agreements. By registering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly in USD via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds may be requested within 14 days of initial purchase by contacting info@mytaxfly.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use MyTaxFly to: violate applicable law; upload fraudulent documents; facilitate tax fraud, money laundering, or identity theft; reverse-engineer or resell the software; or interfere with the platform's infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content of MyTaxFly is owned by AYNA UNIVERSE LLC. Your transaction data and uploaded documents remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AYNA UNIVERSE LLC is not liable for: errors in AI-generated categorizations or form drafts; tax penalties or IRS assessments; unauthorized account access; or data loss. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. EU users retain all rights under applicable EU consumer protection law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Contact: info@mytaxfly.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Business data: LLC name, EIN, transaction data you enter
• Financial documents you upload (invoices, receipts, bank statements)
• Bank account data connected via Plaid (account name, transaction history — read-only, no ability to move funds)
• Payment data via Stripe (we never store full card numbers)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI analysis and categorization of your transactions
• To generate bookkeeping reports and IRS form drafts
• To import and categorize bank transactions via Plaid (when you connect your bank account)
• To process subscription payments via Stripe
• To send service-related communications
• To ensure platform security and prevent fraud

Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

• Erasure — Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — Export your data in CSV format
• Objection — Object to certain processing activities

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session management, authentication) and optional analytics cookies. You will be asked for consent on first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time via your browser settings.

9. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We use role-based access controls and conduct regular security reviews. In case of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you within 72 hours.
